The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) is a newly established, independent body within the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in England. It was created in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy to oversee and improve building safety, particularly for higher-risk buildings. The BSR is responsible for regulating building work on these buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and enforcing the Building Safety Act 2022.
At our company, we have hands-on experience navigating this new regulatory landscape. We are fully equipped to work on projects at the Planning Stage for Construction Approval (PSCA). Our approach emphasises a high level of detail and a clear, traceable ‘golden thread’—ensuring every element of design and construction is accounted for.
