Our Drawings

GA Elevations

We take pride in producing clear, accurate GA elevations that reflect a deep understanding of both design intent and real-world buildability. Our method integrates the architect’s elevations with our detailed schedules, embedded directly within the elevation drawings. This approach provides a true-to-datum visual guide—offering not only clarity but also serving as a secondary layer of clash detection.

We don’t cut corners. Every GA elevation is carefully aligned with architectural and structural references, resolving interfaces, highlighting critical junctions, and eliminating reliance on generic or assumed information. The result is a comprehensive, coordinated drawing that communicates effectively with clients, installers, and fabricators—minimizing ambiguity and maximizing confidence on site.

Detailed Design

Our approach to detailing is rooted in experience and respect for the fundamentals of good design. We don’t just produce drawings—we craft thoughtful, buildable details that reflect a deep understanding of materials, interfaces, and how buildings come together on site.

With an “old school” approach that values precision, clarity, and coordination, we take the time to get it right—resolving complexities before they reach site. Every detail we produce is considered, practical, and aligned with both design intent and installation reality.

Fabrication Schedules

Our approach to fabrication schedules is grounded in precision, coordination, and a practical understanding of how things are built. Every schedule we produce is the result of detailed cross-referencing, logical structuring, and close alignment with GA elevations and other trade information.

We take a methodical, structured approach: each schedule is drawn directly from coordinated GA elevations/details and cross-referenced against architectural, structural, and supplier data. This ensures that every part, panel, bracket, and fixing is ready for production straight from our drawings.

We can provide steel frame structure drawings. Below is an example of SFS drawings we provided for Bishops Weald project. From these drawings we provided a full list of materials required, including fixings and support angles.

Fabrication Location Drawings

We produce location drawings that are tightly coordinated with fabrication schedules, ensuring every part is clearly marked, logically placed, and easy to identify.

By combining clear visuals with practical insight, our location drawings help streamline installation and give teams on site the confidence to install the correct fabrications, into their correct position, negating the need to stop work and call for clarification on where an item goes.
